Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom Orders, Special Orders, Items on Sale are Final Sale.

Any repair or resizing or modification outside of Young Sun Song voids all warranties and items will not be returnable. Further modifications may be taken on case by case basis and may be subject to fees based on complexity.

Returns

Purchases, excluding exceptions / non-returnable items mentioned, can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing and receiving your item. You must submit a request within those 14 days to qualify for approval. Returns are case by case and will be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover expenses including credit card fees of the original transaction and refund as well as inspection of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition which it was sent out. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return fee of up to $40 (domestic) and $100 (International) will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and insurance. Jewelry should be returned to us by trackable mail and include a return address as we are not responsible for lost packages.

If you would like to use your own shipping platform, make sure to include the order #, add signature, and insure your package. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If your package is returned past the refund window, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will undertake all repairs on a case by case basis. Some fees may be incurred in repair of jewelry.

After the 14-day period, It is the client’s responsibility to insure their pieces. Young Sun Song is not responsible for any lost or broken pieces or stones.
